being together.
seeing old friends.
re-connecting.
remembering.
celebrating.
i love the holidays.
to me it's all of these things.
the last two weeks i have been getting ready for the holidays.
creating.
filming.
Spark your Christmas 2012 is a labor of Love.
i love the projects.
i loved creating them.
Day 1 is here i can't believe it.
i also finished creating and filming for the 12 Artsy Ornament workshop with Christy Tomlinson.
i love the fun little ornament i created.
the other women involved truley are all so unique!

Thanksgiving was celebrated last week as well.
last Sunday we had the Romney Thanksgiving as it was the "outlaw" year.
{that's what my dad calls in-laws} ;)
My darling Mother planned and cooked a most beautiful meal.
not everyone was able to attend but we had a lovley day.
Grant was on his golf trip and Max was in New Mexico and Griffin was in Idaho.
my oldest brother Doug had to work but Robin my oldest sister was in town.
it was a great day.
Thanksgiving day was spent at My Sister-in-laws home.
we had a great meal.
great conversation.
lots of laughing.
great to catch up.
this was the first year to not have all of my kids home.
Brooke is in Hawaii with her roomates visiting her Grandma Barbara
Max is coming for Christmas and the mama couldn't be happier!
over the weekend i put up my tree
and Griffin helped me decorate it.
i loved adding all of the new ornaments created in Spark your Christmas.
then i decorated the mantle.
Grant made it wider for me.
a small thing.
but seriously has changed my life.
wink.
i love the way it all came together and how it looks so different from last year.
i love the this years new Spark decor.
Saturday i tackled the banister.
then the kitchen.
the Christmas plates are out and ready.
Homer is back and ready to make mischief.
the house is ready for Christmas.
it feels good to sit in front of the lit tree and enjoy it.
all of it is a labor of love.
something i love doing.
now onto the shopping.
buying.
wrapping.
today is Cyber Monday.
so many great sales.
the Girls' Loft is having a HUGE sale.
we cleaned out the garage a few weeks ago and they have their past kist on SALE!
$35 kits from $7-$10 CRAZY!
also we put together some amazing grab bags together!
these kits are $20 and the value is waaaaaaaaaay over $50!
so much fun stuff going on here!
each kit will vary but are LOADED!
it's not even December yet!
i feel like i am ahead this year and if feels good.
now i can enjoy the Season.
