you know how i LOVE Summer.

first i want to thank all of those who are serving our great country and thank those who have served.

i feel so grateful to live in such an amazing country and enjoy the freedoms that i do.

my sweet dad served in World War 2.

Being an American is an honor.

my girl is 22 today!

this one's a fire-cracker.

she took the longest to get here.

she was my smallest baby weighing in at 6 lbs. 15 ounces.

she was 2 weeks early.

and has been late ever since.

she is a joy to be around.

she loves life.

she is the life of the party.

everyone who knows her LOVES her.

this girl LOVES to have FUN.

she's not afraid of anything.

she is a good and loyal friend.

she is an artist.

her smile lights up a room.

her laughter is contagious.

her love for life is apparent in all she does.

i am beyond blessed to call her my daughter.

my friend.

i am so lucky she's mine.

this workshop will be a 3 video course filled with Summer Fun ideas.

starting with Independence Day.

my favorite Summer day has to be the 4th of July!

so many fun traditions and ideas to share!

then i will cover a Neon Party to wow.

the 80's neon is back.

and finally a few ideas for a beach party or pool party!

i hope you join me in kicking off the Summer with a SPARK!

catching up.

hello friday.

i woke up this morning at 5:11AM

why?

because i was in bed before midnight.

what a concept.

another week has come and almost gone.

i have been laying here in my bed for a few hours.

catching up on some e-mails.

looking at pintrest.

looking for a new dog.

i think it's time.

thinking in the quiet of the early morning.

watching the sun fill my room from the window.

the sun refuels me.

i need to get out there in it.

soak it up.

this week i have been in the studio.

working on a class i will be teaching at Scrapbooks Etc in June.

creating some projects for another on-line class i am working on.

i love being in the studio.

playing with paper.

making stuff.

last week i was in Arizona.

it was heaven.

i love being at the Bazzill offices.

with my team.

Bazzill is a family.

love that.

spending the week with Lorie is always good.

i love her family.

soaking up as much sun as i had time for felt like heaven.

teaching at Scrapbooks etc was fun.

seeing old friends.

always feels like home there.

i don't know what it is about Arizona.

but i love it.

i got home sunday just in time to celebrate Mother's Day with my Mom, Sister and girls.

my sister Annie had us for dinner at her beautiful home.

it was such a beautiful day.

we ate in her back yard that backs up onto a beautiful stream.

so peaceful and relaxing.

Jaden was there so all of the women in his life were happy.

love him.

i feel so grateful to be a mother.

my kids amaze me.

i missed having my boys with me.

i was talking to a friend about our kids and just how fast life changes.

if feels like yesterday that i was raising my babies.

now they are all adults living on their own.

i am so so glad that when they were babies i was home with them.

being a mom is awesome.

life is fast.

i am learning new things all of the time.

meeting new people.

taking risks.

being bold.

changing.

growing.

still trying to figure it out.

i feel grateful all of the time.

it's a Friday.

i'm looking forward to a weekend in the studio.

doing what i love.

playing with paper.

making stuff.

{Monday i will have more info on my upcoming classes.}

hopefully sit in the sun.

spend time with the people i love.

hello my lovelies. it's Friday.

this.

has been a great week.

great.

this morning i woke up feeling so inspired.

so energized.

life is a roller coaster.

mine is anyway.

up and down.

highs and lows.

i was going to blog wednesday.

i have good intentions.

i do.

but i was busy.

had a meeting with a new venue for Spark No. 4

i asked a few of my dearest trues to come with me.

i needed extra eyes.

i needed feedback from them because i know they "get" my Spark vision.

i almost hate to say it.

but i will.

once you have been to Spark.

it is in you.

that is exactly what i want.

to create.

share.

Spark.

and the girls who have come take it home and share it.

amaze.

so wednesday my trues and i Sparked.

when i got home my head was spinning.

so many ideas for this new venue.

teachers.

classes.

i could burst.

makes me happy.

happy.

Meg & Jeremy are here now.

the move was hell on earth.

moving is.

so much work.

but they are here and i am loving it.

we talk until early in the morning.

last night after 1:30AM

Meg and i get on the phone with Brooke and we lay in my bed and talk.

laugh.

i almost pee every time.

i love my girls.

i love being their mom.

i love being their friend.

yesterday Max who is working at a Sushi restaurant as a Sue chef chopped of the tip of his thumb.

i won't post pics.

soooo gross.

anyway,

the girls and i on a 3 way text going back and forth worried.

silly boy.

he will be fine.

we just hope he will find a girl who will still love him.

hahaha.

A week from today I will be teaching in Arizona.

Scrapbooks Etc.

my HOME store.

where my whole career started.

i am so exited to be back there.

i have been creating the class this week.

using my new line Vintage Marketplace.

it's a 9x12 album.

it's going to be really fun to be teaching again.

if you're close to Mesa come play.

i've missed you.

it's been a while.

besides my on-line classes.

this week has been great.

lots of new things in the works.

new lines are finished.

i love an up week.

heading off to have lunch with Gladdy.

she's been gone to Hawaii and Ireland for the last 2 weeks.

i try not to hate.

i missed her.
