I can't believe it's day 3 of Spark your Christmas.
that it's December 7th.
SLOW down...
i love December.
i want it to last...
i love sitting by my Christmas tree at night just enjoying the sparkle of this season.
i love being able to look around my home and enjoy all of the things i have created to decorate my home for the holidays.
these are the simple things of joy the holidays bring to me.
today Spark your Christmas is all about home decor.
i hope if you are taking the class you are enjoying it.
being inspired to create.
learning some fun new things.
Yesterday was a day filled with friendship.
i met some of my dearest friends for lunch at Dear Lizzie.
{a very special place for me}
i was so excited to actually get dressed up for fun.
{even my outfit had a Spark your Christmas feel...LOL}
no lights or cameras.
if feels so good to have Spark your Christmas done.
my house is "almost" back to normal.
{as if, glitter is everywhere}
yesterday was just what i needed after a long weekend of creating & filming.
i love friends that when i see them i want to jump up and down because i am so giddy to be with them.
yes, i still get giddy.
at 46.
i feel beyond grateful for the women i have in my life.
i am blessed to be surrounded by so many amazing women.
yesterday was one of "those" days.
giddy with excitement.
sharing laughter.
stories.
gifts.
ideas.
making plans.
looking at calendars.
being inspired.
laughing.
sharing hardships.
tears.
dreams.
beliefs.
hopes.
& joys.
yesterday was filled with all of these things.
over the last 2 years the women in my life have become such an important part of who i am.
who i want to be.
as my children have grown.
now that i am alone.
not a day goes by that one of my friends doesn't call to chat, e-mail me, text me, connect with me on facebook or even twitter.
what a gift friendship is.
i am overwhelmed.
grateful.
blessed.
as i sit here thinking about it, in my home, decorated for the holidays.
i know i am one lucky girl.
happy Wednesday.
thank you for your friendship.

Margie, I am taking Spark your Christmas. I LOVE IT!! I am home ill today, which is NOT something I do, I usually make it to work no-matter-what! I was however excited that since I was home I would be kept busy by at least just having your video to watch! Thanks for keeping me company! Love the above pic with your friends, especially that sweet smile of Jamie's! We met over the summer in Idaho at BGC with Mel. What a dear, I miss her! Next time you see her, would you give her a big hug and let her know it is from me?! Thanks for sharing your talent and creativity. I have not been much in the Christmas spirit this year, your inspiration has been some welcomed cheer! Keep on SPARKLING!! Love, Julia Prohaska

I am watching Spark your Christmas with my daughter who is 33 and has been very sick. Margie, it is bringing us so much joy to watch you create each day. We feel like we are welcome visitors in your home watching you create and loving every project so far. We are in the UK and read about Spark every year. One year, we are going to make it over there! You have such a passion about sharing and nurturing people, it shines out from your blog. Thank you for Sparking our Christmas!

i read this post earlier today and it has been on my mind ever since. you are such a lucky girl to have so many friends that are good, beautiful, talented women. you are so lucky to have these women who you have the same interests and can share those with each other. most women may only have a little handful of women like this in their life and you have so many. that says something about you....a good something.;)
