it's something Rhonna has been inspiring so many people with for years now.
i have decided to focus on my physical body.
i did pretty good all summer and into the Fall then Spark hit.
i fell off the wagon.
big time.
but i am committed to doing better.
being better.
so i am working on the physical side to me.
exercising.
eating better.
taking care of my skin.
{using a new skin care system}
taking vitamins.
sleeping more.
so today even though i felt like crap.
i went out.
walked for a strong hour.
i do feel better.
i am not perfect by any means.
but i am taking 21 days to improve.
the great thing about the 21 day challenge.
you can start anytime.
today i had something exciting to share with you too.

Just in time to get your creative juices flowing for the holidays! I have teamed up with 10 artsy designer to participate in a 5 day workshop that starts December 5th! This class will be featured on Christy’s private website and each day 3 new artsy ornaments and home décor projects will be posted by 3 new designers! We will dive into all sorts of artsy play including fabric, clay, glitter, metal, glass and more!
