hanging on to every minute of Summer.

today in Utah most of the kids go back to school.

for some it's the end of Summer.

well, not for me.

i live for Summer.

it's my favorite time of year.

so i am hanging onto every last bit of it.

last week was a whirlwind.

with my Dad.

{who is home doing better, thank you all for your prayers.]

with preparations for Spark No. 3

 

every little detail handmade.

loving the process.

getting ready to start my new job with Bazzill.

this week i am heading to Arizona.

to the heat.

it's going to be 111 degrees.

love me some dry Arizona heat.

i am lucky enough to get to be a guest at Creative Escape.

the end of an era.

it's the last one.

sad to see it go.

i am excited to get to go stay an extra few days with Lorie.

do a little creative shopping.

get inspired to design new lines.

love.

sit in the sun.

eat at Tia Rosas

my fave.

see old friends.

meet new ones.

get inspired by the classes at CE.

stay with a dear friend.

do a little shopping at Scrapbooks etc.

maybe even meet with the Bazzill team.

LOVE it.

yesterday i spent the day with my girls.

Brooke gave me my last Summer color.

Blonde. {really blonde}

we sat in the Sun.

it was HOT.

then we went to the last Summer concert.

it was Adele.

she has to be one of my all time favorites.

i love her music.

her soulful voice.

her words.

the concert was amazing.

it was a beautiful HOT night.

she killed it.

her voice is so rich.

i had the best time.

we met up with one of my besties from HS Anjeanett and her sister Jube.

it was a GREAT evening.

i sang my heart out.

cried.

& laughed.

Adele is a cheeky gal.

i loved every second.

today school starts in my neighborhood.

i think i will go to the pool for an hour or so to celebrate without any kids there.

love that.

for me it's still Summer.

until the calendar says so i will enjoy it.

i love Summer.

i am going to hang onto every last minute.

Hi Margie,
Huge fan of scrapping and recognized you were standing right in front of us throughout the whole concert...knew that was you! Good job on the exercising! I started running 3 years ago and feel lost without a daily blast of fresh air. Would love to come to Spark. Hopefully you will do one in 2012 as well. Look forward to meeting you sometime!
