which lies dormant in the broad daylight of prosperity; but which
kindles up and beams and blazes in the dark hour of adversity.
I love love love this quote...It is going to be my motto for the year...i LOVE it...I took it directly off a blog of a very special woman...I don't know her know her...But I have been following her courageous battle we like to call LIFE...I check her blog when I might be feeling a little bad, or picked on or just down...Or just need to be inspired...She dose that for me and everyone who her life and story has touched...
I am blessed...I have so much to be grateful for right this very minute...A week ago I got an e-mail inviting me to teach at CKU Japan! So I did some switching of event dates and was able to work it out! I am so excited! I spent the morning gathering product for my class there...All I had to do was call some friends and almost every single company I called has donated or drastically reduced the cost on their product so that I will be able to teach on such short notice...Oh yeah did I forget to say...The event is in September...HELLO! I would LOVE to thank Jenni Bowlin Studios for the bulk of my class, Cosmo Cricket, who is so amazing! My Mind's Eye who are my buds and i LOVE their product! Fancy Pants Designs who have donated trim! LOVE them! Kaiser is donating flowers & gems...I can't create a thing with out either! Georgana Hall from Adorn it has donated more amazing trim! Never can have too much right? And just today I got a Facebook message from Glue Arts saying they would donate adhesive to all the students! Seriously...Amazing!
NOT one of these companies batted an eye when I asked for 275 of each piece! In these tough times I can't begin to say how generous!
Thank you Thank you...The scrappers of Japan are going to LOVE!
