I'm Just a girl

So much to be grateful for...

Yesterday our family celebrated a very special Thanksgiving...This was our first Thanksgiving together just as our family. We normally spend Thanksgiving with all of either my family or Grant Aslett's family...This year was different...It was just us... I was so grateful to have all my children with me yesterday...We had a great day...We ate an amazing dinner, played games and we just spent time together... As my children grow into adults it's so fun to be with them and watch them with each other...I am blessed...
I hope your day was filled creating great memories with your friends and family...

You go Ironwoman!

I am so so proud of my Best Friend  Lorie! She did the Ironman in Arizona today! Ok so seriously SHE is amazing! I am SICK that I wasn't there to cheer her on! I tracked her all day long on line...SO NOT the same! I just am so so so PROUD of my girl and want to let her know just how much she inspires me! I hope she is home resting her body!

Give Thanks...

    Today I am home alone, everyone is gone but me...The house is so quiet! I have a love/hate relationship with being home alone...I love how much I get done, but I really hate being alone...Anyway I have gotten a lot done...The house is clean, I got my RS lesson done, made some cute signs for it and now I think I will scrapbook...I am taking Ali's class on Big Picture, totally excited about that, I ordered my kit on Cocoa Daisy and hopefully it will be here by Monday! I also am making a Be Grateful album so I can work on it until I get my stuff for Ali's class! I also think I will make some cute napkin rings I bought last year, Martha Stewart from Michaels... Hmmmmmmm lot's going on!
    This week was insanely busy at work and at home...I have been a bad blogger! Let's see what is new?
Meg got this: is he not the cutest little thing! His name is Rocco! He's a rescue! The guy who does our nails was trying to get rid of him! He's tiny! He's a little skittery but he is darling! Meg took him out and bought him this funny little sweater and a fur hooded jacket! So funny! Grant Aslett is not too pleased...Whatever!
Anyway tons going on at work! Man I hate not being able to tell you! ha ha All GREAT stuff! Life is crazy but good...Lots to be grateful for...

I think we all have times where we fight change...
